About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced UX/UI Design Lead to drive the design vision and strategy for our products. As a key member of the Product Team, you will collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other designers to create intuitive, impactful, and scalable user experiences. You will play a critical role in shaping the end-to-end design process, leading design initiatives, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our platform.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the UX/UI design team
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high fidelity mockups.
- Collaborate closely with design, product, and engineering teams to bring products to life.
- Deeply understand and solve complex problems to help our customers.
- Quickly iterate on your designs based on design reviews, user testing, data analysis, and customer feedback.
- Contribute to and maintain a growing design system.
Your Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Highly skilled in popular tools such as Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD
- Experience building and using design systems, style guides and pattern libraries
- A problem solver. You can reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, and ease of use
- Portfolio that clearly demonstrates use of UX process and high quality UI designs
- Able to conduct user research to gain insights and optimize designs
- Good programming understanding or programming background
- Good team working and communication skills. Comfortable working closely with product owners, developers and QA team
- Experience designing B2B products is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English.
