Artemis for Translation and Localization is now hiring a Vendor Relations Coordinator to join its team.

Job Description:

  • Selection and management of qualified third-party suppliers (Translators, DTP, Engineers) to consistently meet the company’s business requirements.
  • Rate negotiation and management.
  • Performance tracking and QA management.
  • KPI management and reporting.
  • Working closely with Project Managers to allocate projects.
  • Support the Production team to resource projects.
  • Comply with the company’s Quality Management System relating to Vendor Management.
  • Actively seeking out new vendors to build our database or fill missing language pair needs.
  • Submitting translation sample tests to be evaluated for potential new vendors.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Fluency in English is a MUST.
  • +3 years of experience in localization Vendor Management or Talent Management.
  • A background in remote and online recruiting.
  • Relevant HR and recruiting courses.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Communication and Negotiation skills.
  • Team worker and multitasker

Work location: (Maadi).
