Currently, Testronic Localization Team is looking for an English into Turkish Language Expert who will:
- Translate video games both full-titles (sometimes together in cooperation with other Linguists) and following game updates.
- Occasionally translate marketing texts and materials related to video games
- Proofread and edit other translators’ work to ensure the text is of the best quality
Requirements
- A Native speaker of Turkish
- Fluent knowledge of English.
- Language enthusiast attitude, passion about linguistic and cultural nuances
- Translation experience of more than 1 year (at least some of translation experience in the video game industry is necessary)
- Translation/Localization education background will be an asset.
- Agreeableness to work on projects with translation grid applied (we provide fair % to cover the efforts)
- Readiness to provide MTPE (Machine Translation Post Editing) service if the project requires it.
- Responsiveness to e-mails, respecting agreed deadliness, quality oriented approach
- Freelance registration and ability to provide invoices
