Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Vietnamese Interpreter at Language Land. The interpreter will be responsible for providing accurate and culturally appropriate interpretations during meetings, conferences, and other events. They will facilitate multilingual communication, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions between parties. The interpreter may also assist with document translations and other language-related tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Vietnamese and English interpretation
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Ability to maintain neutrality and confidentiality
- Experience in interpretation or related field
- Excellent listening and concentration skills
- Professional certification in interpretation (e.g., CCHI, NBCMI) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field
