Localazy Review: How Good Is Their Customer Support?

Ever wondered how effective Localazy’s customer support really is? We took it upon ourselves to put their support to the test. To conduct this test, we approach Localazy from two perspectives as a prospective client and as a registered freelancer. Under the alias Jeff Thomason from aliensuite.org, I play the role of a client with no online footprint.

Meanwhile, I set up a Gmail account for Lucy McClain to navigate the platform as a freelancer. Let’s see how Localazy responded to inquiries from both a new client and a freelancer. In my client role, I located the contact link in the footer of Localazy’s website.

This led me to their email address, and I sent my inquiry on Tuesday at 3.31 p.m. I asked about their platform support for a multilingual WordPress website, API limitations, and pricing details. The response arrived after 13 hours. It was detailed and conversational, directly addressing my questions without any aggressive sales tactics.

Overall, an excellent experience. As Lucy the freelancer, finding the support link in the navigation menu was easy. However, I encountered an error stating that the support widget couldn’t be loaded in Chrome.

Interestingly, this is the same intercom widget used by other platforms where I didn’t experience this issue. However, switching to Edge resolved the problem, allowing me to use the widget to send my message on Wednesday at 6.17 a.m. They promised a reply within two hours, and I inquired about testing their online editor with JSON files. We received a reply within three hours.

The response included a reference to their Getting Started Guide and detailed information about using JSON files. It was a thorough and helpful answer. And there you have it.

Local AZ’s support team performed admirably. As a potential client, I received a comprehensive and timely response. As a freelancer, I experienced quick and informative support.
