🚀 We’re Hiring Sales Manager – Translation & Localization
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background specifically in the Translation & Localization industry to drive business growth, acquire new B2B clients, and expand our market presence.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales and business development strategies within the translation and localization market.
- Acquire new corporate clients and build a strong portfolio of B2B accounts.
- Promote translation, localization, interpretation, multilingual content, and language solutions to businesses and organizations.
- Generate qualified leads and identify new business opportunities across different industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, procurement teams, and corporate clients.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close high-value deals.
- Manage the sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and achieve sales targets.
- Identify market trends and opportunities to expand the company’s client base and revenue.
🔹 Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B Sales / Business Development within the Translation & Localization industry is a must.
- Strong understanding of translation agencies, language service providers (LSPs), localization services, and language solutions.
- Demonstrated success in client acquisition, lead generation, account management, and closing deals.
- Experience selling translation, localization, interpretation, subtitling, transcription, or multilingual content services.
- Strong network of corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
A proactive, commercially driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
