Business Development Specialist (Localization &Translation)

Responsibilities

1.  Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify potential clients, research their needs, and initiate contact through various channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, networking events).

 

2 . Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients by understanding their requirements and providing tailored solutions.

 

3. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.

 

4.  Proposal & Contract Management: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals in alignment with company policies and pricing structures.

 

5.  Market Research & Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and client demands to refine sales strategies.

 

6.   Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with project managers, marketing teams, and linguists to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

 

7.   CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records in the CRM system and generate reports on sales performance and pipeline progress.

 

Qualifications

Experience 2–4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the localization, translation, or language services industry.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to develop and execute sales strategies.

Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Language: Fluency.
