Join our growing international team as a Senior Localization Business Development Executive.
We’re looking for an experienced and driven professional to help expand our global client base and drive business growth in the localization industry. If you’re passionate about languages, technology, and building meaningful client relationships across regions, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans targeting global markets including GCC
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the localization and translation industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients worldwide
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and global industry trends
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and service delivery
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics
- Attend international industry conferences and networking events (virtually or in person)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven experience working with international clients
- 2–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in localization, translation, or language services
- Familiarity with localization technologies and translation management systems
- Degree in Business or a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus
