The Localization Associate is a key player in the RL Localization team, ensuring all BAU work runs like clockwork.

With a huge volume of content to translate for every product, campaign, and season we deliver a consistent, organised and detailed approach to localizing the brand is essential. As we grow and expand into new markets and new channels the Localization Associate is also responsible for developing and understanding how our localization approach may change and adapt to ensure scalable solutions for the future.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage BAU translations delivery to hit SLA.
  • Support external vendor PMs and linguists in meeting deliverables by answering queries, managing timelines and supporting documents.
  • Maintain established workflow trackers, translation tools, style guides, glossaries for a clear and consistent approach.
  • Develop and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Manage localization of multi-channel campaign deliverables including content QA.
  • Train and support junior team members

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

  • Experience with Ecommerce and Localization project management a must
  • Organised and detail oriented with a passion for languages
  • Second language besides English is preferred but not essential
  • Curious and with a true love of efficiency and processes.
  • Ability to manage different priorities, juggle tasks and understand how the work will support the brand and ultimately the customer.
