About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Content Design Manager to lead a global content design and

localization team. This individual will be responsible for managing three direct reports and

overseeing multiple language-specific teams across four regions. The ideal candidate is a seasoned

content leader with a global mindset and a proven background in content design, localization, and

cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and scale a global content design and localization team.
  • Oversee three team leads and collaborate with region-specific content teams across four languages.
  • Build and implement global content design guidelines, workflows, and font libraries.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across content in different regions and languages.
  • Improve English content quality across all product domains.
  • Drive the creation of scalable content SOPs that support localization and multiple release

timelines.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and engineers to

align content strategy with business goals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing content teams at scale.
  • Experience with localization and building content for diverse markets.
  • Strong background in industries such as e-commerce, social media, payment platforms, or

information platforms.

  • Familiarity with SEO, content marketing, and content systems.
  • Multilingual proficiency or experience working with multilingual teams preferred.
  • Strong understanding of content quality metrics and the ability to deliver high-quality work under

tight deadlines.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; able to navigate cross-functional collaboration

and handle conflicts effectively.

  • Experience working in or with teams across Europe and Latin America is highly preferred.
