What You’ll Do

As a Client Development Associate, you will be the front line of our international growth efforts. You’ll work closely with the sales director and project teams to identify potential clients, open conversations, and guide them through early engagement with Landelion.

Your day-to-day may include:

  • Researching companies that are expanding internationally (especially U.S. → Asia or Asia → U.S.)
  • Crafting outreach messages (with AI & team support)
  • Sending emails, managing LinkedIn outreach, and booking intro meetings
  • Supporting client calls with notes, preparation materials, and follow-ups
  • Collaborating with marketing to generate localized client materials
  • Maintaining data in CRM (we use Salesforce)

Who You Are

We’re looking for curious, proactive communicators who are excited by business across cultures. You don’t need years of sales experience—we’ll train you—but you must love working with people and solving problems.

You’re a good fit if you:

✅ Have 0–3 years of work experience in sales, business, communications, or marketing

✅ Are comfortable writing professional emails and communicating clearly in English

✅ Have a basic understanding of U.S. and Asian business/cultural environments (Mandarin is a plus, not a must)

✅ Are energized by working in a startup-like, multicultural team

✅ Are detail-oriented and self-managed—you follow through
