Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable professional to support the seamless integration of both domestic and international partners into our technology ecosystem. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert on core services and infrastructure, working closely with stakeholders to drive successful partner onboarding and platform adoption. Key responsibilities include the creation and localization of communication and training materials, development of customer satisfaction (CSAT) surveys, and continuous process improvement. Multilingual candidates—particularly those fluent in Dutch, Castilian Spanish, or Italian—are strongly encouraged to apply.

The role involves coordinating and delivering training (both virtually and in-person), including scheduling and presenting to varied audience sizes across multiple time zones. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with IT leadership, integration coordinators, project managers, and other teams to support technology deployments and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of partner adoption strategies for enterprise technology systems.
  • Act as a key liaison and technology subject matter expert for partner integrations.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality training resources, job aids, and communication materials.
  • Translate and localize training content for international audiences as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate training sessions for small and large groups, both on-site and virtually.
  • Support training logistics and scheduling, including off-hours sessions for global partners.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through CSAT surveys and performance metrics; make data-driven improvements.
  • Maintain and update documentation to ensure technical accuracy and clarity.
  • Travel occasionally to partner locations for in-person training and support.
  • Collaborate with Operational Excellence and cross-functional teams to enhance training and integration experiences.
  • Create and maintain an “IT Matrix” reference tool for partner onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Provide timely and professional support to partner inquiries and adoption challenges.
  • Contribute to business optimization initiatives by supporting enterprise system design and workflow enhancements.
  • Manage multiple integration projects with clear timelines and deliverables.
  • Participate in closeout activities for completed integrations.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training or technology adoption role (required)
  • Experience in Property & Casualty or Title Insurance industries (preferred)
  • Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) certification (preferred)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced environments with multiple priorities

Technical Proficiency:

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools: Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform
  • Experience with Cisco Webex or similar PBX/virtual meeting solutions
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity tools such as EDR systems, password managers, and multi-factor authentication
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat; experience with additional Adobe tools is a plus
