Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Associate Renewals and Retention Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in maintaining strong client relationships by managing renewals, driving retention strategies, and identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities. The ideal candidate will excel at fostering client engagement while ensuring consistent revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full client renewal process, ensuring timely contract extensions and minimal churn.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
  • Identify and act on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to expand client accounts.
  • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and proactive support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Track renewal timelines, maintain accurate client records, and manage all related documentation.
  • Provide insights to clients on new services, features, or updates that may benefit their business.
  • Monitor client health and identify potential risks to proactively address concerns.
  • Contribute to achieving company revenue targets by ensuring a stable and growing client base.
  • Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in account management, client retention, or sales roles.
    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
    • Ability to identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions.
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
    • Experience using CRM systems to track client interactions and manage renewals.
    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving retention and revenue goals.
  • Preferred Experience:

    • Previous experience in renewals, upselling, or cross-selling in a B2B environment.
    • Familiarity with market research or subscription-based business models is a plus.
