Main Duties:
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
• Source applicants through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Main Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English is a MUST.
• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition for English profiles.
