Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Translator based in MP & CG. The Translator will be responsible for accurately translating documents, educational materials, and communications from one language to another. Daily tasks include proofreading translated texts, ensuring the accuracy and cultural relevance of translations, and collaborating with staff to ensure consistency in terminology. The Translator will also assist in the localization of materials to suit the target audience.
Qualifications
Proficiency in at least two languages, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both
Experience in document translation, interpretation, and localization
Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on-site setting
Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Familiarity with educational terminology and contexts is a plus
