About The Role
The main mission of this position is to expand and accelerate business growth in Vietnam and Thailand by acquiring new business through marketing activities.
This role is situated in our Ho Chi Minh City office, offering you the opportunity to contribute to our innovative and collaborative work environment. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth in Vietnam and Thailand. This involves working closely with the local sales team and the overseas marketing team, utilizing a combination of strategies such as social media, events/webinars, website optimization, email marketing, and content creation, including case studies, translation, and localization.
What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for Vietnam and Thailand in alignment with local sales objectives.
- Enhance sales processes by implementing marketing activities tailored to meet the specific needs of the sales team.
- Boost our brand image, mission, and presence on social media and website, including but not limited to search engine and AI search optimization.
- Execute targeted email campaigns including nurturing sequences, newsletters, and event/webinar invitations.
- Planning and execution of virtual and face-to-face events. Responsible for the selection of themes according to market trends and company objectives. Coordination of logistics, relationships with suppliers, and promotion to create attractive and successful events that effectively support our sales process and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate with global colleagues to coordinate impactful marketing campaigns on a global scale.
- Forge strategic partnerships with external collaborators and media outlets to extend our reach and influence.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of marketing initiatives to analyze ROI and refine strategies for optimal effectiveness.
- Drive the tracking, optimization, and qualification of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
- Create, proofread, refine, and translate content (mainly English to local languages) such as articles, ebooks, case studies, infographics, banners, posters, and videos.
What You Will Need
- Knowledge of Marketo and SFDC or similar Marketing automation tools and CRM system
- Knowledge of Photoshop, AI, Canva, and Video editing
- Knowledge of Website analytics tools
- Master the following languages:
- Vietnamese: Native speaker, Excellent written and oral communication skills
- English: Excellent written and oral communication skills (frequent communication with the overseas team) and
- Thai: this would be a plus
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 2 years of marketing experience
- Experience in B2B marketing and passion for B2B communication
- Detail-oriented, multi-tasker, and willing to learn in a diverse working environment
