Transparent Business Solution of Future group translation is looking for Localization Vendor/Talent Manager (Philippines based – Remote position) :
Responsibilities:
– Develop and maintain a diversified database of freelance and full-time translators as needed.
- You will be responsible for Tagalog, Burmese, Lao, Khmer languages.
– Set team performance metrics and KPIs
– Provide the needed support for the team
– Set development plans for team members to ensure that the team is up to date with industry’s latest technologies
– Oversee quality assurance process to ensure all customers are provided with quality service
– Manage client feedback and take part in arbitration when needed
– Apply corporate policies and procedures regarding quality, evaluation and performance
– Manage work volume and take proper actions to align the expected volume with team capacity
– Manage team’s utilization
– Monitor cost and profitability
– Coordinate with other departments for smooth work operation.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree, ideally in linguistics, translation, HR or business admiration
– 3+ years of experience in localization/Translation sector
– Previous experience in talent/vendor management is preferred
– Must be based in Philippines
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong managerial skills
