Business Development Manager

VeeLion is a dynamic and growing leader in Egypt’s language services market, backed by 20 years of global experience. We provide innovative translation, localization, and SW solutions to clients worldwide. As we expand our global presence, we are looking for a Business Development Manager  to drive our marketing and brand-building efforts.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to drive our market growth, with a strong focus on digital marketing strategies and client acquisition. This role involves acquiring new clients, building strategic partnerships, and expanding our presence across industries, with a particular emphasis on targeting clients outside Egypt. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with expertise in digital marketing, sales, business development, and a deep understanding of the language services industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Expansion and Digital Marketing:

  • Identify and target potential clients across industries through market research and analysis, with a focus on international markets.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media outreach, and SEO, to position VeeLion as a trusted LSP company in global markets.
  • Leverage digital platforms to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and expand market presence, particularly outside Egypt.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Building:

  • Generate and qualify leads through digital channels, networking, and outreach campaigns, with a focus on clients abroad.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific language service needs.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and fostering loyalty.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Utilize digital tools and analytics to track and optimize sales performance.

Strategy and Collaboration:

  • Work closely with internal teams to align service offerings with market demands, particularly for international clients.
  • Provide insights into client needs and market trends to refine business and marketing strategies.
  • Develop innovative solutions to address client challenges and industry gaps.

Brand Building:

  • Represent VeeLion at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities globally to promote our services.
  • Build brand awareness and credibility through both in-person and online platforms.

Reporting and Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and analyse digital marketing campaigns, sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue growth.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on business development and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing, preferably in the language services industry.
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of the language services market and client requirements is a plus.
