Role Description
This is a remote role for US-based Vietnamese Translators. The Vietnamese Translator will be responsible for translating documents, localizing software or websites, and virtual interpreting services. They will also manage translation memories and terminology databases, ensure accuracy and consistency in translations, and collaborate with other team members to meet client expectations.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English
- Experience in document translation, software/website localization, and interpretation services
- Proficiency in audio-to-text transcription
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translations
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with translation memory tools and terminology databases
- Experience in using project management tools like EPIC Provisioning System (EPS) is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field preferred
