Our client is a leading provider of language services, this company specializes in translation, localization, and multilingual content solutions. Their offerings include document translation, website and software localization, multilingual SEO, interpretation, and medical translations. With expertise across industries like healthcare, life sciences, legal, and technology, they ensure content is accurately adapted to meet the linguistic and cultural needs of global audiences.
Fully remote – EST hours coverage is required.
Full-time (40 hour min per week) work schedule
Working hours (9:00AM – 5:00PM EST)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire life cycle of multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Plan and monitor projects to meet deadline, quality, and budget requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy of financial project data, workflows, schedules, and processes to
- maximize efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Identify risks, constraints, and assumptions and develop contingency plans.
- Liaise with Sales staff to clarify project parameters.
- Organize internal and client Kick-off and Post-Mortem Project Meetings.
- Perform quality checks at various stages of process to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain project documentation.
- Establish and maintain excellent relationships with contract vendors (i.e., translators, editors, Publishing specialist, etc.)
- Manage client relationships and serve as primary day-to-day contact for external clients.
- Collaborate with production teams to create, implement, and maintain appropriate client-specific procedures, solutions, checklists, and instructions.
- Increase the level of accounts delivery quality, adding value to the account by improving processes, implementing innovations, and raising efficiency to consistently exceed quality standards.
- Organize and participate in client meetings.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of project management experience in the LSP industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of client-facing communication.
- Fluency in a second language is a plus, but not a requirement.
