Job Responsibilities

The Marketing & Content Localization Coordinator is responsible for supporting the entire EMEA Marketing team with joint planning, tracking and reporting, as well as identifying and training on such tools, while keeping all stakeholders to project timelines. In addition they will manage the process for content creation & asset localization to key markets in EMEA as well as keeping an EMEA wide marketing calendar uptodate. Lastly, they are a key stakeholder in communication between regional and global divisions to ensure alignment on strategy and execution, working closely with the EMEA Marketing Director.

  • Project Management: Coordinate cross-department functions for joint planning, tracking & reporting of marketing activities, incl. Marketing sample planning, allocation and distribution.
  • Communication: Ensure clear communication between EMEA Marketing & global business units with respect to go-to-market plans & execution.
  • Budget Tracking: Track budget cross-function and work with Marketing Director to budget adherence & timely communication.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and coordinate social media calendar to promote regional ambassadors, projects, or events.
  • Timeline Management: Ensure executions plans and deliverables are being met by all relevant regional and global stakeholders.
  • Content Creation: Deploy engaging and tailored content, including text, images, videos, and graphics, across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, Twitter)
  • Internal Alignment: Coordinate with internal marketing/product teams globally to develop and execute a social media and community strategy, which include content/campaign planning and creation.
  • Analysis: Conduct ongoing analysis and reporting of owned social media (and external channels) to provide industry/landscape insights as well as recommend suggestions for further improvement
  • Localization: Make global campaigns & digital assets relevant for EMEA, esp. German and French speaking markets by localizing assets & language.

Pre-Requisites

    • BSc, BA or equiv. in Marketing
    • 3-5 years+ in a marketing position in consumer electronic hardware, PC, or Console Gaming Industry
    • Fluent in English (French or German are a bonus)
    • Proven project management skills
    • Keen attention to detail
    • Team Player
    • Gamer preferred
