What you’ll do in this role at memoQ?
As a member of memoQ’s Sales Team, you will
• Be responsible for a portfolio of CEE + Nordics customers across various industries. and manage their complete customer journey to exceed customer and memoQ key performance goals (onboarding – engagement – growth – renewal)
• Identify and pursue upsell opportunities
• Manage and achieve your sales targets and objectives, while ensuring all company policies, strategy and processes are being respected.
• Help customers to establish their optimal workflows and processes with memoQ;
• Monitor the accounts, identify risks and proactively reach out to high growth potential accounts
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis
• Communicate customer journey pain-points, and other relevant learnings with the team and back to the organization
• Collaborate with the teams of memoQ (Product, Support, Business Services) to help customers to resolve issues they are facing
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop region-specific campaigns.
• Manage the needs of different audiences and stakeholders while having a strategic view of the client base
memoQ Internal
• Build and nurture strong strategic advisory relationships with the accounts to make their businesses more effective and successful with memoQ
• Invite, involve and engage customers for and during memoQ conferences and events

• Minimum 3 years of experience in account management
• Fluent written and spoken English required; any CEE or Nordics language is an advantage
• Experience and proven track record in selling, upselling and cross-selling
• Demonstrated success in building strong relationships with customers, proficiency in customer interaction methodologies / management processes
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Sales-oriented mindset combined with a strong emphasis on client care
• Good command of MS Office
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently
• Capability to collaborate effectively with a highly diverse team and varied colleagues
• Effective at building and nurturing relationships with customers, colleagues, peers
• Experience in OKR, KPI, ARR, data management, analytics, reporting; knowledge of HubSpot
• Readiness to comply with memoQ standards
• Strong motivation, team-spirit, and dedication to the company
