Job Description:
Lead localization projects for pharmaceutical commercial content, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery tailored for the Japanese market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to adapt content that meets cultural, regulatory, and brand standards. Oversee quality assurance, stakeholder communication, and vendor management throughout the localization lifecycle. Requires fluency in Japanese, strong project management experience.
Experience: 5+ years in digital project management with a specialization in localization and adaptation for the pharmaceutical industry. Proven expertise in MLR processes and content types including HCP, patient, branded, and unbranded assets across channels such as websites, digital sales aids, emails (including rep-triggered), and social media.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of Japan’s pharmaceutical commercial content lifecycle and regulatory requirements. Proficient in systems like Veeva Promomats, Vault, and Aprimo.
