Position: Tajik Language Expert
Type: Hourly contract
Compensation: $40 – $95/hour
Location: Remote
Commitment: 10 40 hours/week
Role Responsibilities
- Translate content between Tajik and English with high linguistic accuracy.
- Edit and proofread Tajik language content for clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with teams to develop and refine AI language models.
- Create and review datasets for language training and evaluation.
- Conduct linguistic analysis to identify and resolve language discrepancies.
- Provide cultural and contextual insights to improve localization.
- Deliver feedback to enhance content quality and AI model performance.
Requirements
- Native or near-native proficiency in Tajik with strong written and verbal skills.
- Strong experience in translation, editing, and linguistic work.
- Deep understanding of Tajik grammar, syntax, and language structure.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to linguistic accuracy.
- Familiarity with language technology tools and basic AI concepts.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
