We’re Hiring: Quality Assurance Technician (L3) — Conversational AI / Language QA for Dublin, Location and it will be Hybrid a job.
We’re partnering with a leading global technology organisation working on next-generation Conversational AI and multilingual customer experiences.
They’re looking for a Quality Assurance Technician (L3) to join a high-performing team focused on delivering accurate, natural, and high-quality user experiences across multiple languages and devices.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases following defined QA processes and SOPs.
- Perform linguistic and localisation testing, ensuring responses are culturally accurate and natural for different regions.
- Investigate issues, reproduce defects, and validate fixes across environments.
- Analyse logs, identify root causes, and support debugging efforts.
- Create detailed defect reports with clear documentation and evidence.
- Support regression testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Install and configure tools, environments, and test setups as required.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years’ experience in Software QA / Testing.
- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing.
- Strong knowledge of defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Ability to analyse logs and distinguish between bugs and environment issues.
- High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Fluency in an additional non-English language (German, French, Spanish, etc.)
- Experience with localisation / i18n testing or linguistic QA
- Exposure to Conversational AI / Natural Language Processing products
- Familiarity with automation frameworks, scripting (Python/Shell), CI/CD, and Agile
