You will collaborate with global engineering and globalization teams to ensure high-quality, on-time releases, while continuously advancing our localization workflows and tools.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Validating and reviewing localized content for software user interfaces, online products, documentation, and marketing and training materials, with a strong focus on technical correctness, terminology accuracy, and functional consistency.
- Collaborating closely with Natick engineering teams, APAC and EMEA globalization teams, and external vendors to support product releases and resolve technical and localization-related issues.
- Actively contributing to the evolution of localization workflows, including the evaluation and adoption of AI-assisted tools and automation to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
- Providing structured, actionable feedback to engineers to improve internal localization tools, focusing on quality, robustness, usability, and maintainability.
- Monitoring and analyzing translation quality trends across vendors, using data and systematic review methods to drive continuous improvement.
- Developing, maintaining, and evolving Chinese style guides, glossaries, and linguistic assets, with attention to technical domains and emerging product areas.
- Working cross-functionally with teams in Beijing/Shanghai and global offices (Japan, Korea, US, EMEA) to enable efficient, technically sound validation and release processes.
- Partnering with development and documentation teams to improve the overall quality, consistency, and localizability of MathWorks products and content.
