Polish Language Expert (AI Training)
About The Role
We’re looking for Polish language experts to help evaluate and improve AI systems trained on Polish-language content. Your linguistic insight will directly shape how AI understands, generates, and communicates in Polish — making a real impact on one of Europe’s most widely spoken languages.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role that fits around your existing schedule. No prior AI or tech experience needed — just a strong command of Polish and a sharp eye for quality.

What You’ll Do
- Review AI-generated Polish translations and original content for accuracy and naturalness
- Identify mistranslations, unnatural phrasing, register mismatches, or cultural issues
- Suggest improvements for clear, idiomatic, and culturally appropriate Polish
- Provide structured, detailed feedback on linguistic and cultural quality
- Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Native or near-native fluency in Polish
- Strong written communication skills in both Polish and English
- Solid command of contemporary Polish usage across different contexts and registers
- Comfortable evaluating written language quality at scale
- Detail-oriented and consistent in your approach
- No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
- Experience in translation, localization, editing, or linguistics
- Familiarity with AI or language evaluation workflows
- Knowledge of regional Polish variations or dialects
- Academic or professional background in language, communications, or a related field
