About the Role

RWS is looking for a Project Manager to join our global delivery team supporting enterprise software localization programs. In this role, you will manage complex multilingual projects from kickoff to final delivery, working closely with international clients, linguists, vendors, and cross-functional teams across multiple regions.

This is a client-facing role with a strong focus on ownership, communication, problem-solving, and delivery excellence. You’ll play an important part in helping global organizations launch products and content across international markets through localization, language technology, and AI-enabled solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end software localization projects for global enterprise clients
  • Coordinate timelines, resources, budgets, quality, and delivery across multilingual workflows
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Monitor project financials, including budgeting, invoicing, profitability, and change requests
  • Identify project risks early and proactively drive solutions
  • Lead client and internal meetings in a professional and confident manner
  • Collaborate with internal production, engineering, quality, and vendor management teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations
  • Support process improvements and help optimize workflows and delivery practices
  • Work with localization and project management tools in a fast-paced global environment

Skills & Experience

  • Previous experience in project management within localization or multilingual content delivery
  • Strong understanding of localization workflows, tools, and terminology
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a client-facing environment
  • Comfortable working with budgets, financial tracking, and project reporting
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently in a remote and international environment
  • English proficiency at B2/C1 level or above

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence/Wiki, or similar collaboration tools
  • Understanding of software development or testing environments
