Sales Manager

Logrus IT is a leading provider of language localization and creative services as well as IT solutions. As we expand our operations in Asia, we are seeking a talented Sales Manager to join our international team. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in linguistics and games and possess strong communication skills to drive sales and foster client relationships.

 

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting the full sales cycle, including b2b sales activities such as lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals. Your proactive approach will involve reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining successful business relationships, and partial project management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct the full sales cycle, b2b sales activities, from lead generation to prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients and build and maintain successful business relationships.
  • Manage and coordinate projects related to sales initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
  • Provide excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude.
  • Attending events in Korea.

 

Required

  • Advanced business Korean (5-6 급), both written and verbal.
  • Deep understanding of Korean mentality and culture, and willingness to communicate regularly with Korean clients and colleagues.
  • Intermediate/Upper-intermediate English. The main language of communication in our company is English.
  • Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive Team player, flexible, self-motivated, result oriented.
  • Maintaining our database
  • High interest in Games industry.
  • Location in UTC+9 (GMT+9) Time Zone, or close to it.

 

Nice to Have

  • Games industry experience.
  • Project management experience.
  • Proven successful sales track record b2b would be an advantage.
  • Experience in Public speaking / presentations, pitching familiarity with trending sales techniques / tools and best practices.
