We’re looking for someone to take care of our Hungarian market and keep it in great shape! It’s all about social media, influencers, UGC, and a bit of performance — no boring routine. At FAVI, most content is created centrally. So you won’t be starting from scratch — your job is to make sure everything actually works locally, feels native, and performs in the HU market.
- Part-time – 20-30h/week
- Hybrid in Prague / remote cooperation
What you’ll actually do:
📱 Social media (HU market)
- Own organic HU social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube)
- Localize and adapt content from the central team
- Plan, publish, and engage with the local community
📊 Paid campaigns (Meta & YouTube)
- Run selected ad campaigns for HU within the strategy, budgets, and targets set by the HU Performance responsible
- Localize creatives (copy, subtitles, messaging)
- Launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns within defined budgets
🤝 Influencer marketing & UGC
- Manage collaborations end-to-end: briefing → delivery → evaluation
- Work with influencers and content creators
- Keep track of what works (and what definitely doesn’t 😄)
🌍 Localization & workflow
- Translate and adapt all marketing content into Hungarian – make sure everything is on-brand and locally relevant
- Keep ClickUp clean and organized
Who we’re looking for:
- Full professional proficiency in Hungarian with a strong understanding of the local audience and culture
- 1+ year experience in social media, influencer marketing, paid social, or similar
- Some experience with Meta Ads is a big plus
- Organized and reliable — things don’t get lost on your watch
- Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp
- Able to communicate in English for internal collaboration
- Someone who enjoys both doing things and improving how they work

- Short call with Ivet (People Care Specialist) – just to get to know each other and talk about your motivation.
- Case study – a practical task – we’re more interested in how you think than in “perfect answers”.
- Online/In-person interview – with Karin (Head of Brand & Content), Ewelina (Social Media Team Lead) and Ivet. We’ll go through your case study, your experience, and give you a better picture of how things work at FAVI. And of course – you can ask anything.
