Role Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical and technically capable Product Manager / Business Analyst – Cybersecurity to join our Product & Strategy team. This is a hybrid role designed for professionals who naturally operate across both Product Management and Business Analysis disciplines. The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable translating cybersecurity and compliance requirements into product specifications as they are presenting product recommendations and insights to leadership teams.

This position serves as the critical link between security, compliance, business stakeholders, and engineering teams. You will transform complex cybersecurity concepts into actionable product requirements, influence roadmap decisions with data-backed insights, and support delivery across both B2B SaaS and B2C consumer product ecosystems.

The role requires a strong blend of product thinking, cybersecurity knowledge, analytical capability, communication skills, and hands-on experience supporting globally distributed products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary bridge between cybersecurity requirements and product delivery, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and teams.
  • Translate technical security and compliance requirements into clear product requirements, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and user stories.
  • Analyze product and business data across both B2B SaaS and consumer product environments to identify trends, opportunities, and prioritization recommendations.
  • Interpret cybersecurity frameworks and standards including NIST, SOC 2, and ISO 27001 and convert them directly into actionable product requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and review meetings independently.
  • Present findings, recommendations, and product insights effectively to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Maintain, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog to support product delivery and roadmap execution.
  • Build and manage KPI dashboards, product metrics reporting, and performance analytics used by leadership teams.
  • Develop process flows, wireframes, and workflow diagrams using Lucidchart or similar tools to communicate requirements effectively.
  • Support internationalization initiatives including translation coordination, localization requirements, and region-specific compliance needs.
  • Assist in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint reviews.
  • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure accurate execution of product requirements.
  • Support privacy and consent initiatives by translating consent and regulatory requirements into product features and specifications.
  • Collaborate on billing-related product workflows involving subscription platforms and payment logic.

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience working in a hybrid Product Management and Business Analysis role.
  • Candidates with experience solely as a PM or solely as a BA will not be considered.
  • Hands-on experience supporting both B2B SaaS and B2C consumer products.
  • Strong practical understanding of cybersecurity concepts and security-driven product requirements.
  • Ability to independently interpret security or compliance requirements and convert them into detailed product specifications.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks including:
  • NIST
  • SOC 2
  • ISO 27001
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience creating dashboards and deriving actionable product insights.
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on internationalization/localization experience including translation workflows and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience using translation management platforms such as Smartling (preferred).
  • Experience with Consent Management Platforms (CMPs) and privacy requirement implementation.
  • Experience with subscription billing platforms such as Stripe, Chargebee, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of billing workflows and subscription-based product design considerations.
  • Experience with wireframing and process visualization tools such as Lucidchart or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience using Azure DevOps or equivalent product/project management tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to cybersecurity-focused SaaS products.
  • Experience working with global teams and distributed product environments.
  • Familiarity with consumer privacy regulations and regional compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience supporting roadmap planning and strategic product initiatives.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments with multiple stakeholder groups.
