Remote (Europe only) | Paid Internship
We are looking for a full-time intern to join our OCR & Desktop Publishing (DTP) team and support multilingual document workflows for international clients and projects.
You’ll help keep things organized behind the scenes — preparing files, supporting workflows, checking formatting and making sure deliverables are accurate and client-ready. Think of it as a mix of coordination, QA and operational support within a fast-moving localization environment.
This role would be a great fit for someone who enjoys structured work, likes solving small operational puzzles and wants to gain hands-on experience in localization and multilingual content workflows.
This internship would be especially suitable for students or recent graduates in areas such as translation, linguistics, localization, graphic design, communications or similar fields.
What You’ll Do
- Support OCR and DTP workflows from preparation to delivery
- Organize and prepare files for OCR processing (PDFs, scans, images, etc.)
- Perform visual QA checks on layouts, formatting and fonts
- Spot-check OCR output against source files and identify inconsistencies
- Help coordinate and track ongoing OCR/DTP tasks
- Support communication between PMs and DTP specialists
- Assist during busy periods and urgent deliveries
- Help keep workflows organized and running smoothly
What You Bring

- Ability to manage priorities in a structured environment
- Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and Word
An interest in localization, multilingual content, workflows or languages would definitely be a plus.
Nice to Have
- Basic familiarity with OCR tools such as ABBYY FineReader or Adobe Acrobat
- Exposure to DTP software such as Adobe InDesign or FrameMaker
- Previous internship experience, university projects or exposure to workflow coordination, multilingual content or document-related tasks
No previous OCR/DTP experience is required — full onboarding and training will be provided for motivated candidates.
