Job Description

What will you do

The Campaign Project Manager (CPM) is responsible for the end-to-end management of ecommerce and digital campaigns, from brief reception through final delivery. Acting as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, the CPM coordinates cross-functional teams including production, transcreation, QA and syndication to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards across multiple markets and channels.

The role plays a key part in managing complex ecommerce campaigns, including Amazon and marketplace-related projects across Europe,

overseeing asset creation, localization, adaptation and delivery while ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence and platform best practices. The CPM acts as a strategic partner and brand ambassador for clients throughout the campaign lifecycle, driving collaboration, process efficiency and production excellence across teams.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the full lifecycle of digital and ecommerce campaigns, from briefing to final delivery, ensuring alignment with SLAs, scope and quality standards.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously across markets, languages and channels.
  • Act as the main point of contact and brand ambassador for clients, ensuring clear, proactive and solution-oriented communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including production, creative, transcreation, QA and syndication teams.
  • Ensure project briefs are complete and accurate, proactively challenging and clarifying missing information when needed.
  • Manage project scope, priorities and changing requirements, proactively identifying risks, dependencies and bottlenecks, escalating issues when necessary to avoid delays or budget impact.
  • Provide regular reporting, project status updates and alignment meetings with clients and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate production and localization workflows to ensure culturally relevant and linguistically accurate deliverables across markets.
  • Oversee the creation and adaptation of ecommerce and digital assets, including PDPs, Amazon content, newsletters, social media assets, display materials and other digital campaign deliverables.
  • Ensure all assets comply with marketplace requirements, platform best practices, timelines and quality standards.
  • Monitor workflows, timelines and dependencies, continuously identifying opportunities for optimization and process improvement.
  • Maintain project management and workflow tools, ensuring accurate documentation of SLAs, asset complexity and project requirements.
  • Support internal teams by providing clarity on responsibilities, timelines and deliverables throughout the production process.
  • Act as a quality and brand guardian, ensuring all deliverables comply with brand guidelines, internal QC processes and ecommerce standards where applicable.
  • Contribute to operational and production excellence initiatives, supporting continuous improvement across workflows and collaboration models.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management and/or production roles within advertising agencies, production studios or similar environments.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital and ecommerce campaigns involving multiple stakeholders and international markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital production, ecommerce and transcreation/localization processes.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex workflows in fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working with international clients and multi-market projects across Europe.
  • Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong quality control mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management/workflow tools.

Desired Skills

  • Experience managing Amazon and marketplace-related projects, including PDP creation, localization and optimization.
  • Experience working with workflow and collaboration tools such as Orchestra, Teams, MIRO, Trello or Slack.
  • Experience in beauty and/or luxury brands.
  • Experience working on large-scale content production and localization projects at speed and scale.
  • Additional European languages are considered a plus.
