Main responsibilities:
- Translation of a wide range of marketing content into Italian for various brands (product descriptions, landing pages, automated and promotional e-mail campaigns, online articles, advertorials etc.).
- Optimisation of existing landing pages to improve conversion rates.
- Content planning for e-mail marketing campaigns.
- Management of commercial and product-focused e-mail campaigns, as well as creation of automated e-mail flows (e-mail automations).
- Analysis of campaign performance (across all channels) and sales pages.
Requirements:
- Excellent proficiency in Italian and English (native Italian speakers will be given preference).
- Ability to respect brand values and communication guidelines.
- Ability to adapt the tone and communication style to the brand, channel and target audience.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to engage the audience.
- Creativity and strong sales mindset (experience in e-commerce/digital marketing is a plus).
- Strong teamwork skills and flexibility.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise effectively.
