Iyuno is looking for a friendly and welcoming administration professional to join our studio team in Budapest.
A successful candidate in this position will present Iyuno’s positive spirit to all clients and visitors shaping first impressions and long lasting relationships. He/she will perform daily reception, office-related record keeping in close collaboration with other employees of the studio.
A successful candidate needs to be:
· Fluent in Hungarian and has basic English skills
· Able to work independently in Excel and Word
· Flexible – receptionist work in shifts
· Precise and able to work under stress
· A friendly and nice person who likes to work with people
