We Are Looking:
As our Project Manager, you’ll help coordinate localization projects across products. This isn’t a role where you’ll simply move tasks between people. You’ll drive execution, solve bottlenecks, and make sure teams stay aligned as we continue to scale internationally.
Get Ready To:
- Support localization projects from planning through launch.
- Coordinate tasks across different teams and help keep projects on track.
- Help organize translation workflows, deadlines, and priorities.
- Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
- Learn how global products and marketing campaigns are launched across multiple markets.
We Expect You To:
- Be organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
- Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
- Be proactive when solving problems and finding answers.
- Be comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and new technologies.
- Have a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
- Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Salary
Gross salary range is 1500-2500 EUR/month.
*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
