Junior Localization Program Manager
We’re supporting a leading cloud-based software company in hiring a Junior Localization Program Manager for a remote contract opportunity.
This is a great opportunity for an early-career localization professional, recent Localization or Translation graduate, or junior project coordinator with exposure to software, website, or product localization workflows.

What You’ll Do:
• Support localization operations across product and content surfaces
• Monitor string and label drop cycles, localization delivery timelines, and active project updates
• Coordinate with engineers, localization vendors, linguists, and cross-functional teams
• Support in-context testing to verify translated strings render correctly in product UIs
• Manage LQA projects, linguist reviews, vendor feedback, glossary localization, and translation cleanup initiatives
• Follow up on open PRs, vendor responses, stakeholder decisions, and project risks
• Help identify process gaps and escalate blockers when needed
Must-Have Skills:
• Translation technologies
• Software or website localization workflows
• Strong cross-functional communication
• Comfort working with LLMs or AI-assisted localization tools
Nice to Have:
• Translation Management Systems
• GitHub or version control exposure
• LQA tooling such as ContentQuo
• i18n file formats
• Agile or Scrum exposure
• Quality management, scripting, or data analytics exposure
Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, comfortable learning new tools, and able to manage multiple workstreams while communicating clearly with engineers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Recent graduates from Localization, Translation, Linguistics, Translation Technology, or related programs are encouraged to apply.
