Job Description:
Mission Essential, LLC is seeking experienced Local National Ukrainian/English interpreters to provide live interpretation and translation services in Ukraine. This role is ideal for language professionals who thrive in fast-paced, mission-focused environments and want their skills to make a meaningful impact. Duties include but are not limited to:
• Deliver accurate, real-time interpretation in operational and professional settings
• Provide clear and culturally appropriate translation to support effective communication
• Work in dynamic, high-responsibility environments where precision and professionalism are critical
• Collaborate with government and partner teams to support mission objectives
Minimum Qualifications:
• CEFR C1 level or higher proficiency in Ukrainian and English
• 3+ years of experience providing live interpretation
• Strong listening, comprehension, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain calm, focused, and accurate under pressure
• Professional discretion and cultural sensitivity
