ROLE PURPOSE

The Trafficking Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution and delivery of digital content across web, social, client, and multimedia platforms. This role ensures content is managed, validated, and published accurately while contributing to efficient workflows, cross-functional collaboration, and timely delivery.

As part of the Client Dedicated Team, the primary purpose of this role is to support day-to-day content operations and help maintain the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of digital publishing processes.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CONTENT TRAFFICKING AND PUBLISHING EXECUTION

  • Execute and fulfill all technical trafficking and publishing requirements across multiple digital delivery systems, ensuring assets are accurately deployed to their intended platforms and environments.
  • Manage web content trafficking tasks, including building, editing, reviewing, prioritizing, scheduling, and publishing content across websites, game clients, esports platforms, social channels, and multimedia environments.
  • Support publishing operations for multilingual player communications, promotions, live service updates, esports content, and digital campaigns.

PIPELINE AND DELIVERY MANAGEMENT

  • Maintain high-velocity asset flow across web, social, game client, and video platforms while ensuring operational timelines and publishing schedules remain on track.
  • Coordinate simultaneous publishing workflows across multiple digital channels, regions, and content types without impacting delivery quality or operational efficiency.
  • Monitor publishing pipelines and proactively identify bottlenecks, technical issues, or delivery risks that could impact release timelines.

PLATFORM AND CONTENT OPERATIONS

  • Manage content deployment across platforms including game websites, game clients, esports websites, YouTube channels, promotional pages, and other player-facing digital environments.
  • Ensure content structures, formatting, metadata, links, localization integrations, and platform-specific requirements are validated before publication.
  • Perform operational QA checks on published content to ensure accuracy, functionality, visual consistency, and compliance with publishing standards.

CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION

  • Collaborate closely with internal and external partners to support smooth publishing execution and release readiness.
  • Coordinate publishing priorities, content updates, and operational escalations across multiple stakeholders and delivery teams.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT

  • Maintain publishing documentation, workflow tracking systems, and operational procedures to support consistency across channels and release types.
  • Identify opportunities to improve trafficking workflows, publishing efficiency, and operational scalability across digital content operations.

 

SCOPE OF ROLE

  • Reports to: Team Lead
  • Staff reporting to this post: This role does not include direct people management responsibilities. However, it requires close collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional partners to support content operations, coordinate workflows, and ensure successful project delivery.

SKILLS:

TECHNICAL AND OPERATIONAL EXPERTISE

  • Strong understanding of digital content publishing, asset management, and content delivery workflows across multiple platforms.
  • Experience supporting content operations in web, mobile, social media, multimedia, or other digital environments.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), publishing tools, and digital asset management platforms.

CONTENT MANAGEMENT AND EXECUTION

  • Ability to manage multiple content requests and publishing activities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
  • Experience coordinating content deployment, scheduling, validation, and delivery processes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in fast-paced environments.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational or technical issues efficiently.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS 

Essential

  • Professional working proficiency in English
  • Experience with digital content management, publishing, or content operations
  • Proficiency in Content Management Systems (CMS) and digital publishing tools
  • Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines
  • Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional and international teams
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to work in a time zone closely aligned with South Korea (KST, UTC+9).

Desirable

  • Native or fluent Korean language proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Experience supporting multilingual or localization workflows
  • Experience with digital asset management platforms
  • Familiarity with web, social media, and multimedia publishing environments
  • Knowledge of HTML and basic web content management
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Airtable, or similar
  • Familiarity with gaming, esports, entertainment, or digital media industries
  • Experience working with global teams and stakeholders
  • Residency within the APAC region
