We are accountable for delivering the high-quality localized versions of our titles to over 30 countries around the world. You will work on different groundbreaking tools and systems to provide Localization to our products.

EA has built a Localization powerhouse that covers the needs for both current and next-generation platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Video Localization Support: Edit and adapt localised videos for different languages, formats and distribution channels, following established workflows and guidance from senior team members.
  • In-game Capture Support: Supportx and execute gameplay capture tasks following predefined capture plans, technical instructions and guidance
  • Static Asset Adaptation: Adapt banners, newsletters, thumbnails, art and other visual materials using existing templates, brand guidelines and direction from Video Visual Artists.
  • Task Management: Manage assigned tasks, meet agreed deadlines and escalate risks, blockers or unclear requirements to the Video Visual Artist or Lead.
  • Partner Communication Support: Communicate with coordinators, supporting Video Visual Artists, internal partners and team members on assigned tasks.
  • Documentation Support: Follow existing tutorials, templates and workflows, and contribute to basic documentation to help standardise recurring processes.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 1–3 years in video editing, audiovisual production, localisation or digital content creation. Working knowledge of After Effects.
  • Experience adapting static visual materials such as banners, newsletters, thumbnails, art or similar assets. Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
  • Able to manage assigned tasks with guidance, follow production workflows, meet deadlines and escalate issues when needed.
  • Collaborative mindset, open to feedback and comfortable working with different stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
  • Interest in continuous improvement, automation tools, AI-based solutions and new technologies applied to audiovisual and creative tasks.
  • Ability to work in diverse contexts with multiple partners, while relying on senior team members for complex decisions.
