Web Production Specialist

Liaison Creative + Marketing has an opportunity for a Web Production Specialist with bilingual proficiency in German, French, Korean, OR Latin American Spanish. In this position, you’ll own the posting of both English and translated web content for a global organization. This involves web content maintenance and assisting in translation project management (not translating content) for product launches.
This role requires strong technical skills (Adobe Experience Manager a plus) and a keen understanding of the localization process. As part of a collaborative, multilingual team, you’ll play a key role in driving advancements in the semiconductor industry, shaping the future of gaming, artificial intelligence, and data centers.
This is a remote position; however, we are ONLY considering candidates who currently reside in the following states: AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NV, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WI
THE ROLE
- Update website content (English and multiple language pages) to reflect new products, features, and company initiatives, in a fast-paced environment with a highly collaborative team
- Manage the uploading of translated content to our client’s website, ensuring accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with global teams, developers, and creatives to support content updates for product launches
- Assist with translation project management
- Spot-check translation quality and provide feedback
- Work closely with a technically savvy team, contributing to a seamless web content publishing process
- Update and maintain training documentation
HOW TO BE A TOP CANDIDATE
- CMS experience (Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS)
- In addition to English, full fluency in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Korean, OR Latin American Spanish
- 1-3 years of experience in web content coordination or a similar role to a Web Production Specialist
- Experience working in a global corporate environment or a large enterprise organization
- Proficiency in learning new technologies and previous experience working with content management systems
- Excellent editing and proofreading abilities across multiple languages, with a keen eye for detail to ensure consistency and accuracy in translations
- Ability to adapt content for different cultural audiences
- Experience with business translation projects is a plus
- Basic knowledge of HTML is a plus
