We are looking for a Operations Specialist to manage and grow our user community in Vietnam. If you have a passion for operations, community growth, localization, and user engagement, this could be the role for you!
Responsibilities
- Translate app interfaces, push notifications, and in-app campaigns into natural Vietnamese
- Optimize tone and language to align with Vietnamese culture, trends, and user preferences
- Recruit and onboard local users to build guilds, interest-based groups, and active chat communities
- Foster user interaction, community engagement, and meaningful real-time conversations
- Plan and execute online events and campaigns to increase user activity, retention, and engagement
- Collect user feedback and collaborate with the Product and Content teams to improve the overall user experience
- Monitor local social media trends, user behavior, and competitor activities in the Vietnam market
- Provide localization insights and creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and content strategies
Qualifications
- Proficient in Vietnamese and Mandarin, with strong bilingual communication and translation skills
- Familiar with social networking, chat, gaming, or entertainment applications
- Passionate about building and engaging online communities
- Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in user operations, community management, localization, translation, or digital marketing is a plus
