Are you highly organized and excited about working behind the scenes of some of the world’s biggest entertainment brands? Join an international media team where you’ll play a key role in ensuring content is published accurately and on time during a temporary 6-month project.
As a content coordinator, you’ll support the coordination and publication of content across various international platforms. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure all media assets, metadata and localization activities are completed accurately and on schedule.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coordinating content and metadata for publication across multiple platforms;
- Managing localization activities, including subtitles, dubbing and editorial metadata;
- Monitoring content availability and following up with internal stakeholders;
- Maintaining accurate and consistent metadata across systems;
- Supporting the publication process for both linear and streaming platforms;
- Assisting with operational projects and identifying process improvements;
- Working closely with international colleagues across different departments.

Functie-eisen
- Relevant experience in administration, coordination or media operations;
- Strong organizational and planning skills;
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities;
- Proactive, accurate and solution-oriented;
- Strong communication skills in English;
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team;
- Experience working with content management systems or metadata is a plus;
- Available for at least six months.
