Flexi Job | Native English Language Specialist – Psychometric Assessments

Are you a native English speaker with an excellent command of Dutch? Do you have an eye for nuance and enjoy creating texts that read naturally rather than literally?
At Cebir, we develop scientifically validated psychometric assessments used by organisations across Europe for recruitment, development and talent management. To support our international growth, we’re looking for a flexi English Language Specialist to help translate our assessments and reports.
What will you do?
You will translate and adapt a variety of content from Dutch into English, including:
- Psychometric assessments
- Candidate and recruiter reports
- Instructions and questionnaires
- Marketing and supporting documentation
Rather than providing literal translations, you’ll ensure every text feels natural, consistent and culturally appropriate for an English-speaking audience.
Who are you?
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is a native English speaker
- Has an excellent command of Dutch
- Has outstanding writing skills
- Pays close attention to detail
- Can work independently
- Experience with translation, localisation, HR, psychology or assessment tools is a strong plus

As this position is offered as a flexi-job, applicants must meet the Belgian flexi-job requirements. This means you must either:
