Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality educational, marketing, and digital learning content using generative AI tools, including videos, images, voiceovers, and audio assets.
- Design, test, and optimize AI prompts to generate accurate, creative, and high-quality content efficiently.
- Support Japanese language content development through basic translation, proofreading, content verification, and localization.
- Organize, maintain, and manage digital assets, project documentation, and content libraries.
- Collaborate with the Language Lab team to develop and improve Japanese learning materials and multimedia resources.
- Research emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve content quality and production efficiency.
- Ensure all created content aligns with the organization’s quality standards, branding, and educational objectives.
Job Specification:
- Successfully passed JLPT N4 or above. Candidates with JLPT N5 and exceptional learning ability are encouraged to apply.
- Basic hands-on experience or a strong interest in generative AI tools for video generation, image creation, voice synthesis, and content production.
- Good understanding of prompt engineering principles and the ability to refine prompts for desired creative outputs.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, internet research, and cloud-based applications.
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Passion for Japanese language, digital education, and AI-driven content creation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Kling AI, Veo, or similar platforms.
- JLPT N4 or above.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other content editing software.
- Previous experience creating educational, language-learning, or social media content is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Japanese culture and localization practices.
