Role Description This is a full-time AI Engineer role based in Pasig with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing a mix of on-site and work-from-home days. The AI Engineer will design, develop, and deploy AI models to support language translation, text processing, and related features within the company’s products and internal tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and training neural network models, implementing natural language processing (NLP) pipelines, and integrating AI services into production software systems. The role involves collaborating with software developers, linguists, and product stakeholders to refine requirements, evaluate model performance, and optimize systems for scalability and accuracy. The AI Engineer will also maintain documentation, monitor deployed models, and continuously improve algorithms based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
- Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, particularly in applied machine learning or deep learning projects.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including text preprocessing, model training, and evaluation for language-related tasks.
- Practical Software Development skills using languages such as Python, Java, or similar, and familiarity with version control and testing.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience with ML/AI frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, spaCy, Hugging Face) is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pasig, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Background or interest in language technologies, localization, or translation services is an advantage.
