As an Agreement Specialist at ICON, you will partner with developers and internal stakeholders to ensure Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs) are appropriately licensed, translated, and compliant with copyright requirements for use in client protocols, while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.
What You Will Be Doing
- Execute licensing and translation agreements for studies utilizing internal and external measures across early-stage, late-stage, and Real-World Evidence studies.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for questions related to the implementation of internal and external measures.
- Identify contractual, licensing, translation, and copyright requirements and develop practical solutions that support business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to support successful outsourcing outcomes.
Your Profile
You bring relevant Clinical Outcome Assessment (COA), licensing, and copyright experience, along with the following qualifications and skills:
Required Qualifications And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- Minimum of one year of pharmaceutical industry experience, including experience with Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs).
- Ability to follow work instructions, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), internal policies, and procedures to ensure the accurate, timely, and compliant completion of assigned responsibilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively while exercising sound judgment and maintaining a strong commitment to quality and compliance.
- Ability to effectively manage a high-volume workload, prioritize competing assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and flexible approach, with a willingness to support colleagues based on business needs and capacity.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and recommend opportunities for continuous process improvement, increased efficiency, and greater clarity.
- Experience with AI-enabled processes and tools, or a demonstrated willingness to learn and adopt emerging technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
