Arabic/English Bilingual Expert Work Snapshot

Roles & Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses in Arabic and English for accuracy, reasoning quality, and clarity
- Analyze step-by-step problem-solving and identify logical, linguistic, or methodological errors
- Provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated outputs and overall model performance
- Fact-check information and ensure adherence to prompts, guidelines, and linguistic standards
- Create high-quality bilingual training content including prompts, explanations, and model answers
- Compare and rank multiple AI responses based on correctness, fluency, and contextual relevance
- Perform linguistic quality assurance including localization accuracy, terminology consistency, and style guide adherence
- Test AI systems for biases, inconsistencies, and translation or cultural nuance issues
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor s degree or higher in Linguistics, Translation, Arabic Language, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
- Native or near-native Arabic proficiency (including Modern Standard Arabic and Egyptian dialect) with strong English proficiency (C1 or above) and excellent writing/editing skills
- 3+ years of experience in translation, localization, editorial QA, content quality, or linguistic review with strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation rubrics
- Strong fact-checking skills with the ability to validate content using reliable sources and identify reasoning gaps or unclear explanations
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with consistent communication and reliable availability
- Experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluation workflows and familiarity with Arabic localization standards and cultural nuances across MENA regions preferred
