The studio partners with major global platforms such as Amazon Prime Video, Sony Liv, Cartoon Network, and Lionsgate, delivering content across more than 17 Indian languages. Combining advanced audio technology with a strong creative approach, the team handles the complete audio pipeline from voice casting and dubbing to mixing and mastering. Projects range from large-scale feature films and animated content to multilingual IVR and branded media, offering audio professionals a diverse and dynamic work environment.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Audio Engineer role based in Mumbai. The Audio Engineer will handle recording sessions for dubbing and voice-over, including microphone setup, signal routing, monitoring levels, and collaborating closely with directors, voice talent, and production teams. Daily responsibilities include editing dialogue, cleaning and restoring audio, applying sound design elements, and preparing sessions for mixing and mastering. The role also involves configuring and maintaining studio and AV systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring acoustically optimized recording and mixing environments. The Audio Engineer will contribute to maintaining consistent audio quality across multiple languages and formats while meeting project timelines and delivery standards.
Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Audio Engineering and practical studio workflow, including recording, editing, mixing, and mastering.
  • Hands-on experience with Microphones and Acoustics, including mic selection, placement, room treatment, and noise control.
  • Skills in Sound Design, including creating, editing, and layering sound effects and ambiences to support storytelling.
  • Knowledge of Audio Visual (AV) Systems, such as studio routing, monitoring setups, and integration with video playback and DAWs.
  • Proficiency with industry-standard DAWs and plugins (e.g., Pro Tools, Nuendo, Logic Pro, iZotope, Waves or similar).
  • Attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with directors, producers, and multilingual talent.
  • Diploma or degree in Audio Engineering, Sound Recording, Music Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in dubbing, localization, or film/OTT post-production is an advantage, as is familiarity with multi-language workflows.
