ddai | DialogueDesignAgency is looking for a bilingual Korean-English associate to support global AI conversation design, localization, language QA, and project operations.
This role sits at the intersection of language, AI, and global operations. You will work with Korean, US English, and multilingual teams across AI dialogue review, localization, persona and conversation guideline support, structured language data QA, and cross-team workflow coordination.
Main Responsibilities
*Korean-English AI conversation design and localization
*AI dialogue review and improvement, with a focus on tone, flow, clarity, and user experience
*Support for persona design, conversation guidelines, and structured language data QA
*Korean and US English translation/localization with attention to cultural nuance
*Support for Korean, US English, and multilingual AI projects
*Collaboration with EU language teams covering French, Italian, German, Spanish, and Polish
*Global project operations, including task management, timelines, feedback, and delivery status
*Workflow alignment, onboarding, and communication support across multilingual teams
Who We’re Looking For
*Fluent in Korean and English
*Sensitive to language, tone, culture, and user experience
*Comfortable working with AI tools and structured language data
*Able to move between creative language work and organized execution
*Clear, reliable, and communicative in a fast-moving global environment
Preferred Background
*English, linguistics, localization, UX writing, communication, international studies, cultural studies, cognitive science, AI-related work, or similar experience
Employment Type
*Full-time, part-time, freelance, or 3-6 month contract options may be available depending on experience and fit.
